This summer, the Accordi Musicali Festival returns for its 2026 edition, bringing another exceptional celebration of classical music to the heart of Italy’s Abruzzo region. Taking place from the 1st to the 13th of August, the festival will once again unite internationally acclaimed soloists and ensembles, presenting an eclectic series of programmes across a variety of venues in Pescara, Bucchianico, Vasto, Atri, Chieti, and Ortona.
Building on the success of its previous editions, Accordi Musicali 2026 will offer audiences a rich musical journey, ranging from intimate duo recitals and chamber performances, to programmes that place seminal historical works from masters such as Joseph Haydn, Max Bruch, Johannes Brahms, Sergei Prokofiev, Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel, Robert Schumann, Ernest Chausson, Henryk Wieniawski, Felix Mendelssohn, Sergei Rachmaninov, Carl Maria von Weber, Ferdinando Sebastiani, Camille Saint-Saëns, and many more, alongside contemporary masterpieces from living artists, including Albert Mamriev, and the festival’s Composer-in-Residence, Alexey Shor.
Proceedings will open in Pescara with the renowned Khachaturian Trio, before continuing with concerts headlined by some of the leading international artists of our time, including the Trio di Parma, Pablo Ferrández, Luis del Valle, Edgar Moreau, Michel Béroff, Andrey Baranov, Epifanio Comis, Stenzl Duo, Aleksey Semenenko, Hisako Kawamura, Nurie Chung, Stepan Simonian, Jinzhu Li, Milana Chernyavska, Alexander Chaushian, Pietro De Maria, Sergei Dogadin, Stefan Vladar, Fabrizio Meloni, and Albert Mamriev, amongst others.
